The warranty covers products that are damaged due to manufacturing defects or substandard components from the factory.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, natural disasters, drops/impacts, or unauthorized repairs.
The product warranty will be immediately voided if the item shows signs of tampering, breakage, damage, or if any parts or accessories are missing.
This warranty does not cover peripheral devices or complimentary items included in the packaging, such as charging cables provided with various plug models.
The purchaser must retain the original product packaging to serve as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, failure to provide the packaging or the store’s documentation will result in the termination of the warranty.
