- Warranty Terms -
The product comes with a 1-year warranty, subject to specific terms and conditions. This warranty covers defects resulting from the manufacturing process but excludes damage caused by improper use. The terms are as follows:
- The warranty covers product defects or malfunctions arising from manufacturing flaws or substandard factory components.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, natural disasters, drops/impacts, or unauthorized repairs.
- The product warranty will be immediately voided if the item shows signs of tampering, breakage, damage, or if any components or accessories are missing.
- This warranty does not cover peripheral devices or complimentary items included in the packaging, such as charging cables provided with various plug models.
- Buyers must retain the original product packaging to serve as proof of purchase for warranty claims. If the packaging or the store’s documentation is missing, the warranty will be considered void.
